Right to erasure — Analytics events are stored as
pseudonymous records with no name or email attached. To request deletion
of records linked to your session, provide the value of your
_sp_idbrowser cookie (found under Application → Cookies in browser DevTools) and contact us at the address below. Without this identifier we have no way to locate your specific records. - Do Not Track — We respect the DNT browser signal at two layers: our consent system blocks analytics initialization entirely when DNT is active, and the Snowplow tracker itself is also configured to honour DNT. No analytics events are sent regardless of your stored consent preference when DNT is enabled.
Data retention
Raw events pass through an internal pipeline buffer where they are pseudonymised before being written to long-term storage. This buffer retains data for up to 7 days and is not accessible externally. Pseudonymised analytics records in long-term storage are retained for 24 months. Session and CSRF cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
